Research Overview
This stack combines three distinct research targets: inflammatory signalling, connective-tissue cell behaviour and tissue remodelling. “Cellular Reset” is the bundle name; it does not describe an established biological reset or a demonstrated outcome of combining these peptides.
KPV — inflammatory signalling
KPV is a three-amino-acid peptide, lysine–proline–valine, corresponding to the terminal sequence of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. Dalmasso and colleagues studied its uptake through the PepT1 peptide transporter in intestinal epithelial and immune cells, alongside its effects in experimental intestinal inflammation. This makes KPV relevant to research on how inflammatory responses are regulated at the cellular level.
BPC-157 — connective-tissue research
BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide. Studies using rat tendon cells and tendon tissue found increased cell migration, tissue outgrowth and survival under oxidative stress. These effects were linked to FAK–paxillin signalling, which helps cells attach and move. Separate experiments found increased growth-hormone receptor expression in rat tendon fibroblasts, suggesting an influence on their response to growth signals.
TB-500 — thymosin beta-4-related research
TB-500 is associated with thymosin beta-4 research on actin regulation, cell movement and tissue repair. Actin forms part of a cell’s internal framework and helps it change shape and move. Experimental thymosin beta-4 studies have examined wound closure and blood-vessel formation. Full-length thymosin beta-4 and TB-500 fragments must be distinguished when interpreting findings; the exact peptide sequence determines which studies apply.
Why combine these research areas?
Inflammatory signalling and tissue remodelling are closely connected biological processes. This bundle brings compounds associated with these areas together while keeping them in separate vials for flexible study design. The cited research concerns individual peptides or related molecules; it does not establish that this three-peptide combination produces additional benefit or a particular treatment outcome.
