Refund and Replacement Policy
Kelden Scientific Canada accepts refund or replacement requests only for products that arrive damaged during shipping. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and include the order number, a description of the issue, clear photos of the damaged product and packaging, and any relevant tracking or delivery information. After reviewing the claim, Kelden Scientific Canada may provide a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the evidence and circumstances. Returned products are not accepted after delivery due to safety and quality-control requirements.
 
Refunds or replacements are not available for changes of mind, incorrect customer-provided addresses, missed deliveries, carrier delays, improper storage, customer handling damage, product misuse, or minor cosmetic packaging marks that do not affect the product. All products are intended strictly for laboratory use and are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or medical use.
